Welcome
Kathy Coronado opened Kathy's Hacienda Mexican Restaurant in April of 1991, naming it after her youngest daughter, Kathy. Everyone thinks she named the restaurant after herself, but the little girl in the logo is actually a drawing of her daughter when she was a child. Kathy and her staff (daughter Lupe in photo) pride themselves in serving delicious homemade Mexican food following the traditions of family recipes passed along from generation to generation.
